Youth Care Coordinator

Mark Huffer is one of our Youth and Family Care Coordinatoraand has been on staff with Back2Back Cincinnati since January 2025. The part of his role that excites him the most is being able to relationally and humbly walk alongside children and families with a fresh set of eyes to empower and support their resilience. Mark is passionate about loving others through relationships by being curious and consistent to meet the goal of breakthrough. In his free time, Mark enjoys rock climbing, traveling, doing art, trying new things, and spending time with others.
