Katie Evans is our Site Operations Manager and has been on staff with Back2Back Cincinnati since June 2013. The part of her role that excites her the most is taking care of our spaces and team.  Katie is passionate about creating processes and principles that foster safe spaces, belonging, and true community. In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking .
