Training and Expansion Manager

Brandy Pendleton is our Training Manager and has been on staff with Back2Back Cincinnati since May 2019,  the part of her role that excites her the most is getting to share training content with others that was so helpful for her family.  Brandy is passionate about looking for opportunities to make others feel seen and known while leading front line staff to stay in the fight. In her free time, Brandy enjoys sitting in the stands with my husband and watching their kids do their thing, going to concerts, and traveling.
