Partnership Development Manager

Jason Troup is our Partnership Development Manager and has been on staff with Back2Back Cincinnati since February 2021. The part of his role that excites him is empowering organizations serving at-risk youth in Cincinnati. Jason is passionate about developing, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships to increase access to trauma-informed care and safe adults for children in Cincinnati. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing BasketBall  .
